  • Do you have a quality warranty? What about them?

Our quality warranty terms for 1 year or with 30,000 km.(Shock Absorbers&Assembly)

Strut Mounting&Bearings series quality warranty terms for 1 year or within 20,000 km.

  • What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the actual product and its condition of production and stock, please consult our sales managers.

  • Do you supply OEM parts or aftermarket products?

Both OEM parts and aftermarkets are available from our product range, and it depends on clients’ demand.

  • Do you make customized products?

Yes, we have full experience in developing customized products upon clients’ requirements, samples or drawings.

  • Do you make retail sales?

We are glad to make retail sales for any product while its stock is available.

  • What is your product brand? Do you have a corresponding branded package?

We have two brands, EOK and TOPASIA. Yes, we have different styles of designs for each brand package to choose.

  • Can you make clients’ brand package? And can you engrave clients’ logos on the product?

Under formal authorization by our client, we could make both jobs.

  • Do you offer samples for clients' inspection?

For most products we could supply samples, while some products fail to get samples, we always try our best to reach an agreement on quality in more flexible ways.
