What is your business term and payment way?
We accept FOB china's main port, CIF, CFR, DDU, etc main terms of international trade. We apply the payment way of T/T, WEST UNION, L/C, etc main ways of payment.
Normally: T/T 30% deposit,Balance against the copy of B/L.
How do you protect the products during transportation?
We make firm boxes and cartons, also pallets for necessary goods, to ensure everything is fine before goods reach clients’ hands.
What is the solution to claiming or defecting products after the client receives?
We attention to any problem that happened after goods are received by our clients. We always respect the record from the destination, such as pictures, video, comparison data, etc, on the term of reducing the loss from the problem, we always try our best to make sure how it gets happening and define the reasonable solution for our clients, in order to avoid any further problem and support our clients through it.
