What is the freight fee to deliver the sample or bulk order?
It depends on the actual sample or order qty, weight and volume, and we try our best to offer the best condition of freight for our clients.
Can you put an original brand logo or words on the product and package?
No, and it will harm both of our benefits.
What is your production leading time?
We always try to make the soonest production time, and it depends on different quantities and models of order, normally it is 25-45 days. When stock is available, we could ship out the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Normally Lead time: Strut mounting&Strut bearing need 40-45 days.
Normally Lead time: Shock absorber/ coil springs and shock absorber assembly need 90 days.
If the Qty is large and urgent, We could discuss or fasten the lead time.(It’s negotiable)
What certification do you have?
We have ISO 9001:2015 certification of management. And IATF16949, TUV, CE, INMETRO, etc certification for different markets and various products.
Are all products tested before shipment?
We have strict quality control of our product, and we stick to the certification standard we have, so most products we make 100% testing, while some few products we make sample inspection and testing, we will let our clients know before order confirmation.
